Designer Marian Bantjes was recently commissioned by Wallpaper\* to design a limited edition $15,000 Laser Sailboat for the magazines Handmade Issue. Inspired by the dazzle graphics of World War 2 battle ships of, the boat is such a refreshing design departure, and proof that adding design to tired brands can reinvigorate.
