Much like the [Trout Unlimited’s Yellow Fish Road Program](http://canadiandesignresource.ca/graphics/street-graphic/), this little badge was designed to make people think twice about what they dump down the drain. But, with the City of Victoria preparing to build a controversial sewage treatment system (currently, Victoria’s waste is minimally treated and pumped into the Pacific), the text takes on a new dimension. I think that the city should issue these as toilet seat decals.
