Design: Sarah Dorkenwald and Ruth Spitzer, Toronto ON Client: [Droog Design, Netherlands](http://www.droogdesign.nl/) Date: 2005  “Whereas usually Droog Design approaches a specific designer for an assignment, in the Droog T-shirt Competition 2005, Droog wanted to give every designer the chance to send a concept for a short-sleeve T-shirt made of cotton”. True to their name, this brief is as dry as they come. The designers real challenge was to design and build narritive, no matter how tight the constraint may be. Sarah and Ruth, recent additions to the Canadian design community, designed a great story into their design and created the winning entry. -T Falkowsky
