First collective agreement, dated July 31, 1942, between the Rolland Company, the International Brotherhood of Papermakers and the International Brotherhood of Pulp, Sulphite and Paper Mill Workers

By this agreement, the company agreed to recognize the two brotherhoods as representatives of the Saint-Jérôme workers; Mont-Rolland was not included. The booklet also contains the mill regulations, calling for, among other things, the 24-hour stoppage of the machines on Sundays.
