This garment was designed for Canadian Military Search and Rescue Experts to wear over their parkas. They’re crafted in a super-heavy oxford nylon. There are flotation panels in the back and sleeves. The collar is bonkers with multiple rows of heavy stay stitching. Each sleeve is ergonomically articulated forward. There are two sleeve pockets on either side reminiscent of the MA-1 bomber.
